During the roll call the Clerk called Chair Breckfuss, Vice Chair Jablonski and board members Albritton, Hartman and Kaczynski; a quorum was present. A board member moved to pull the item, and the Clerk stated, "We actually don't even need a motion. This is a staff driven item to withdraw it." The Chair then said, "So this item has been withdrawn." A board member moved to adjourn and the Chair declared the meeting adjourned. No votes on the withdrawn item were recorded.
