Commissioner Rod Cleveland moved to award BID #COM-2135 per Purchasing’s recommendation; Vice-Chairman Jacob McHughes seconded the motion, and the board voted unanimously to accept the awards. The tabulation presented at the meeting listed multiple line-item prices from three bidders (Sun Construction, Thompson General Contracting, and ICGM Group Services). Purchasing will proceed with contract execution and vendor qualification steps identified at award.
