The Huachuca City Council on Feb. 12 adopted Ordinance 2026-02 to amend Town Code Title 9, Chapter 9.20, changing the circumstances under which minors may lawfully possess firearms. Mayor Johann R. Wallace moved adoption and Councilmember Debra Trate seconded; the minutes record the ordinance was adopted.
