Library budget drops after chiller replacement; staff flag lighting and carpet work

Staff presented the library budget and attributed an approximate $356,000 decrease to the completion of a previously budgeted chiller replacement. "So we have about a $356,000 decrease, of which Majority of that is the cooler," Staff member said during the review.
Staff also noted smaller reductions to utilities and building-improvement line items and said lighting and carpet replacements remain on the capital-improvement timeline; the lighting plan was discussed with "Brandon" and "Alex" as part of scheduling future work.
