Commissioner Randy Asay moved and Commissioner Matt Tippets seconded a motion to go into closed session "for the purpose of purchase, exchange or lease of real property." The motion carried. The commission entered closed session at 11:07 a.m. and returned to open session at 1:06 p.m.
Minutes list Jesse Lassley in association with the closed session but do not record any formal action taken in open session following the closed deliberation. The meeting was adjourned at 1:06 p.m. by Commissioner Tippets.
