In a separate parks item, the committee approved purchase and installation of a Payne furnace and air-conditioning unit from Mueller Heating and Cooling, Inc., for the Waubedonia County Park caretaker's residence at a total cost of $8,890. The minutes record the purchases as approved unanimously. "Motion to approve the purchase and installation of a Payne furnace and air conditioning unit replacement from Mueller Heating and Cooling, Inc. for a total cost of $8,890 for the Waubedonia County Park caretaker's residence," the record states.
Planning & Parks Director Struck will manage the contracts and procurement; both professional services contracts include contingencies and are contingent upon standard contract review procedures where required.
