"Ms. Morris announced that meeting would be recorded as there is not a volunteer to scribe the minutes," the minutes state. The meeting adjourned in the minutes at approximately 4:04 p.m.; the Council's next scheduled meeting is Monday, May 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
