During the Foundation Liaison Report the board was told that attendance at the annual Maple Syrup Fest was significantly down from prior years. According to the minutes, three gallons of syrup were available for the event and very little was available for sale; the Foundation liaison said the Foundation would like to have more syrup available for purchase at future runs of the event.
The minutes do not provide a liaison name or an attendance figure; they record only that turnout was “significantly down.” The report was informational and there was no formal motion recorded related to the event at this meeting.
