County engineer reports progress on Rockford Shop, bridge designs and 130th Street work

Adam Miller, Floyd County Engineer, told the board that interior work at the Rockford Shop has been completed and that preparations for culvert construction are underway with most forms now received. He reported that closed bridges on 130th Street have been removed and a surveyor will be engaged to continue a road‑vacation process.
Miller also noted last Friday's heavier-than-expected snowfall presented additional challenges for snow removal and that in-office construction project design work continues, with all but six of nine bridges in the design phase being completed in-house.
