Commissioners approve transit asset management plan and contract change request for CourtView
Summary
The Board executed a project change request to CourtView Justice Systems for 200 additional onsite hours at up to $38,700 and authorized the revised Transit Asset Management Plan to comply with federal requirements (49 U.S.C. 5326). Payments to vendors were also authorized totaling $6,827,776.17.
The Board approved Project Change Request Number 005 to the contract with CourtView Justice Systems Inc. d/b/a Equivant to provide 200 additional onsite configuration training hours for the case management system serving the Clermont County Municipal Court at a cost not to exceed $38,700.
Separately, the Board authorized execution of the revised Transit Asset Management Plan for 2026 for Clermont Transportation Connection to comply with 49 U.S.C. 5326 and directed transmission of the plan to the local MPO and the Ohio Department of Transportation. The Board also adopted Resolution 185-25 to authorize vendor payments totaling $6,827,776.17 as presented by the County Auditor.
