County approves roof replacements and HVAC engineering for detention facility
Summary

Clermont County authorized cooperative purchase agreements with Amrize Building Envelope, LLC d/b/a Dura-Last Roofing for roof replacements at three county buildings: Coroner’s Office ($46,728.79), Permit Central ($74,587.25) and the Medical Building ($280,623.33). The agreements list completion dates in February 2026.
The Board also executed a professional services agreement with Motz Consulting Engineers (dba Motz Engineering) for engineering and design services for an HVAC replacement at the Adult Detention North Building for a cost not to exceed $93,000, contingent on release of the required purchase order.
