County approves water main replacement and accepts Newtonsville wastewater project as complete
Summary

Clermont County accepted the Newtonsville Wastewater Treatment Plant (Part A) contract with Building Crafts, Inc. as complete (completion dated 11/22/2024) and approved Application for Payment No. 20, the final release of retainage in the amount of $157,959.97.
Separately, the Board awarded the Old SR 74 Water Main Replacement Project (No. 6401-60224) in Union Township to Ford Development Corporation for the lowest and best bid, authorizing a contract not to exceed $1,423,072. The County Engineer was authorized to advertise for bids on the 2024 and 2025 Landslides projects (LS-17-25 and LS-18-25) with a bid opening scheduled for Jan. 15, 2026.
