At the Dec. 1 Regular Session, the Board approved several consent items affecting county IT and maintenance operations.
The Board authorized a GovConnection multifactor authentication Employee AD and LDS subscription license for 326 seats, at a not-to-exceed rate of $17,349.72 for the term 12/02/2025 through 12/01/2026. The commissioners also executed a contract with Equipment Maintenance Solutions, LLC (dba EQUIPS) for managed equipment maintenance processing services in an amount not to exceed $5,805.00, effective 01/01/2026 through 01/01/2027.
Separately, the Board authorized the County Administrator to approve Master Service Agreement(s) as required for countywide low-voltage camera and card access maintenance and installations, naming Gravity Technology Solutions in the record as a vendor option for those services.
