Miller said crews are currently pouring culvert sections using the county's old forms while newly painted forms arrive, and crews continue brushing operations with emphasis around the DD18 outlet. He reported design work is underway for 170th Street south of Rudd with construction expected to begin in mid‑May. Miller also said the contract rock letting is scheduled for March 18, with plans to place approximately 80,000 tons of rock on gravel roads. Road‑vacation proceedings were noted for 130th Street and for 260th Street adjacent to Avenue.
