Items recorded as approved 4-0 included agreements with C&S Engineers for the Joy Road Bridge replacement, an NYSDOT funding agreement for the Leach Road Bridge project, an amendment for Gasboy software with Pump Doctor, Inc., a bulk fuel reserve transfer and 2026 budget amendment for software appropriations, vehicle surplus declarations, a pest control services contract with Innovation Pest Management Corp., elevator standardization and a contract with TK Elevator for modernization of four elevators, renewal of lawncare services with AJ Lawncare, replacement of carpet in the Emergency Management Office with Corporate Flooring Innovations, and an annual nurse call bell service agreement with Gray Vance, LLC (dba Special Care Systems).
Most items were presented with no substantive discussion and recorded as approved by a 4-0 tally. These approvals will allow departmental operations and facility maintenance to proceed; specific contract amounts and vendors are listed in the committee packet available on the county agenda center.
