Supervisor Ryan Cubbage moved to approve the amendments, Supervisor Susan Kile seconded, and the motion carried unanimously (Aye: Thomas, Baldwin, Louderback, Cubbage, Kile, Vaughan).
The ordinance changes were advertised under Code of Virginia §15.2-2204 with the full text made available at the Planning & Community Development Office and on the county website. The Board's action implements the updated definitions and penalty language as presented by staff.
