Dave Griffith explained the need for a driveway for maintenance access to the well house that serves Hunter's Ridge Addition. On a motion by Josh Buck and seconded by Pete Simmons, the council approved a waiver of the relinquishment of direct vehicular access to Saltillo Road as set forth in the Final Plat for Hunter's Ridge dated Sept. 21, 2006 (Lancaster County Instrument No. 2006-052912), limited to the purpose of allowing vehicular access to maintain the shared well located in the northeast corner of Lot 7.
Roll call recorded YES votes from Pete Simmons, Josh Buck and Jesse Schmidt; Dan Zieg abstained and the minutes note the abstention was made "with conflict." The action amends the recorded plat restriction only for the limited maintenance purpose described in the motion; the minutes contain the instrument number but do not record any additional permitting conditions or maintenance schedules.
