Jacob French joins Shenandoah County Electoral Board; Denise Doyle retiring from board seat

McDonald said the registrar's office is working with Shenandoah County HR and IT and the Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) on the offboarding and onboarding process. Those administrative steps were recorded in the written GR report as necessary to transfer access, records and responsibilities to the incoming member.
