The board also approved Resolution 04‑2025 to modify the fee schedule and charges associated with on‑lot sewage disposal systems.
The board set the standard business mileage reimbursement rate for 2025 at $0.70 per mile (up $0.03 from 2024) per PSATS and IRS notification, and appointed Sam White to conduct the audit of the 2024 fiscal year for a total fee of $7,775.00. All motions on these administrative and financial items passed unanimously as recorded.
