Additional required items included showing the private driveway location, illustrating public water and sewage facilities serving the parcel, adding Form B non-building/side-lot-addition waivers for approval by the SEO and Supervisors, adding non-buildable nomenclature where required, and including a revision number and date on the plan. The motion to recommend approval subject to the stated conditions was made by Paul Holleran and seconded by John Durco; the vote was unanimous.
