Registrar Lisa W. McDonald reported the office was preparing for early voting to commence on March 6, 2026, at 8:30 AM and that mail-in absentee ballots were scheduled to be mailed that day. McDonald said the office completed Logic & Accuracy (L&A) testing for the Central Absentee Precinct, early voting and election-day precincts and submitted the required survey/certification.
McDonald also reported vendor maintenance: DemTech/Calvacere visited the office to update electronic pollbook hubs for the EPBs, and the county's machine vendor, ESO, reviewed voting machines to ensure they were in working order. The minutes record these vendor checks as part of routine certification and readiness work ahead of April and November elections.
