The procedural delay was requested by Chair Connie Mattei, who said the minutes were detailed and commissioners needed more time to review them before final approval. The commission recorded the roll call at the meeting start: John Durco (commission member), Paul Holleran (vice-chair), Connie Mattei (chair), Solicitor Gary Falatovich and Secretary Kelly Otto. The commission recessed into its new-business agenda after the motion passed.
