The Page County Planning Commission convened March 24, adopted the March 10 minutes with editorial corrections, and handled several land-use items.
The Commission recommended approval of the Checkers LLC special-use permit for guided rappelling (5–0), and scheduled public hearings for the Cody Hoke auto-repair application and the Whiteside–Pence banquet/event facility on April 28. Commissioners also held an extended policy discussion on short-term rentals and the possibility of a public registry under state law. Mr. Johnson moved to adjourn at 8:31 p.m.; the motion passed.
