In a separate discussion Mr. Spilde described resident Jim Johnson’s difficulty accessing water for rear units and a plumber estimate of about $30,000; Spilde recommended running a spur between duplexes and consultant Brian Lambert (Ayres) said he did not anticipate a problem. The actions taken at the meeting were informational or study authorizations; no direct assessments or construction directives beyond the contract amendment were finalized.
