The Clermont County Board approved two service agreements with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. On Oct. 8 the Board designated Sedgwick as the county's exclusive representative to receive, process and administer unemployment compensation claims; the listed annual fee for the Nov. 1, 2025–Oct. 31, 2026 year is $4,400.00.
Separately, the Board authorized Sedgwick as the county's exclusive agent for handling claims filed with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation; the listed annual fee for the first contract year is $18,800.00. Both agreements authorize county officials (the President or another Board member in his absence) to execute the documents, contingent upon release of required purchase orders.
