The board closed the public hearing and Mr. Lehmann moved to approve the permit; Mr. Berg seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
The approval is conditioned on the Planning Commission recommendation limiting the home occupation to a single building and no outside storage; the board recorded no dissent.
