The Stevenson-Carson School District Board of Directors voted Jan. 23 to extend Superintendent Ingrid Colvard's contract for three years following an executive-session evaluation.
Mark Chambers moved to approve the extension and Lisa Birney seconded. The board took a roll-call vote: Mark Chambers, Lisa Birney, Jeff Wickersham and Mitch Engel each voted "aye," and the motion carried. The board recorded no opposing votes in the meeting minutes.
The decision followed a closed-session evaluation conducted under RCW 42.30.110. Board members had returned to open session after multiple executive-session extensions before making the formal motion to extend the contract. No amendment to salary or other contract terms was recorded in the minutes.
