Housing Authority reports $1.48 million in savings and investments; delinquency falls year-over-year

Secretary Kaitlin Leary presented the January financial statements: PHA checking at First Montana was $30,609.32; Money Market $200,000.00; ICS Sweep Account $1,245,467.22; for a combined Total Savings and Investment of $1,476,076.54. Leary noted delinquent accounts totaled $1,919.95, down from $7,441.23 at the same time last year.
For the Pintlar Apartments, Leary reported a General Fund balance of $161,246.83 that includes a siding-and-windows loan; without the loan the account balance would be $147,894.33 and the loan balance $13,352.50. Combined savings and checking for Pintlar totaled $180,731.16; delinquent accounts were $661.29 (compared with $30.00 last year).
