Board approves small greenhouse purchase, tentatively clears Little League and April dumpster event permits

Director Ephram Glass reported the Environmental Committee had JPL out to repair the greenhouse; some clean-up items remained and Glass asked the Board to approve purchasing vents and hooks used by JPL to complete the work.
Following a motion by Director Brendan Coupe and a second from Director Debra Prysby, the Board unanimously approved the purchase of vents and greenhouse hooks with a not-to-exceed sum of $300. Glass also said Chatfield Farms playground spinner work was complete and the vendor has been paid. On permits, the Board agreed to approve Little League permit dates pending final paperwork and a determination from the District attorney that the contractor's insurance resolves liability concerns. The Board similarly approved the dumpster event permit for April 26 in both Community Park and Chatfield Farms parking lots, pending final review of paperwork; the event will be open to residents.
