Council approves Ogden Valley Sauna LLC business license

The Huntsville Town Council approved a commercial business license for Ogden Valley Sauna LLC at its Dec. 4 meeting after hearing a short update from Liz Poulter about site readiness.
Poulter told the council that "they were building an outhouse," that the business was waiting on the power company and the sign, and that the sidewalk and fence were in place. Following the update, TCM Ahlstrom moved to approve the business license and TCM Johnson seconded; the motion passed with all votes in favor.
The business packet in the meeting materials describes the sauna as a traditional Finnish community sauna that can hold up to six people at a time and that operating hours would be 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
