Director Ephram Glass told the board there will be a new representative from Gemsbok going forward; the board agreed that financial statements should be produced monthly and that the representative need not attend every meeting.
Board members discussed outstanding, unapproved invoices from CDI Landscape and directed Ripko to draft a letter addressing those balances. Attorney Emily Powell also briefed the board on the Service Plan amendment’s status and asked for member suggestions; the board scheduled a special meeting on July 29, 2026 to continue work on that amendment.
The board approved the consent agenda earlier in the meeting, and the financial approvals were recorded as part of that session. No additional fiscal motions were taken beyond ratifying the payment of claims and the direction to draft a vendor letter.
