Directors discussed the Hogback Trail alignment and confirmed the project will be completed without obtaining easements from adjacent homeowners. The board directed the Operations Committee to meet with Environmental Designs Inc. to finalize the trail design.
District Manager Peggy Ripko and Director Ephram Glass reported landowners had been contacted regarding potential easements for the Hogback Path Loop but that no responses had been received as of the meeting. The minutes record the board’s preference for a design that avoids purchasing or securing easements from neighbors and indicate additional design work with EDI will follow.
