Resolution #2026-230 authorized the County Agreement with Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, Inc. to provide MH/ID services as a subrecipient for FY 2026–2027, covering fiscal, data and program administration, intake and assessment, crisis intervention and support coordination.
Resolution #2026-231 approved the fourth lease extension for office space used by the MH/ID office at a cost of $931.00 per month ($11,172.00 per year) for FY 2026–2028 with automatic renewals and an option to terminate with 60 days’ notice.
The board also authorized an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Strategic Management Planning Program for up to $200,000 with an expected 25% county match (Resolution #2026-232). Commissioner Coleman said if the county receives only partial funding the compensation analysis will be the priority project to update the county classification and pay system.
