The Mercer County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 2026-188, a package of Children & Youth Services (CYS) vendor agreements covering a range of placements and services effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Notable rates approved include $307/day for Transitional Living and Supervised Independent Living (Alternative Living Solutions), $339/day for a Promise Place group home, and an annual $131,073 contract for Helping Hands Ministries' Truancy Intervention for Parents & Schools.
The resolution was adopted unanimously. The agreements list many providers and line-item rates for foster care, therapeutic services, diagnostic assessments, and several specialized programs. The approvals allow CYS to contract for needed placements and supports for children and families under county care during the stated term.
