Facilities manager authorized to set transfer station fees; Syde Slade Road access permit noted

Facilities manager Scott Bushee told the Selectboard the board would receive an access permit for a new road off the Access Road called Syde Slade Road that will serve three structures; Bushee noted the road would not have a 911 number attached yet and that number would be assigned later. He also reported the Winhall Library installed a new sign and that First Line Security had been sold to "Tasco." The board discussed what constitutes cardboard at the Transfer Station and Bushee said he would keep extra boxes as backup.
After discussion, Bill Schwartz moved to authorize Bushee to set Transfer Station fees as necessary; the motion was seconded by Julie Isaacs and passed unanimously. Bushee also said the Transfer Station would be closed for Christmas and open the following day, and that town employees had received Christmas bonuses.
