Meg Staloff, SeVEDS representative, presented the Southeastern Vermont Economic Development Strategies (SeVEDS) annual report to the Selectboard, describing SeVEDS and the Brattleboro Development Credit Corp. (BDCC) as regional partners that provide lending, guidance and support for municipal community projects and small businesses. The board thanked Staloff for the presentation and for SeVEDS’ work across the region.
Board members noted the Town of Winhall appropriates funds each year to support SeVEDS and BDCC and acknowledged the organizations’ roles in business assistance and project support. No formal action was taken; the presentation was accepted as an informational report and the Selectboard expressed appreciation for the partnership.
