Shelter highlights volunteers, PetSmart/Petco partnerships and recent adoption stories

She also shared individual adoption stories—Ritzy, Goose, Jade and Gellis—to illustrate long-term placement successes and thanked the community for support.
The committee observed a moment remembering longtime member Faye Maxwell, who had recently died; flowers were displayed at the meeting in her memory. The committee set its next meeting for Jan. 9, 2025 and adjourned after completing the agenda.
