The Rogers County commissioners approved cooperative agreements allowing Kate McSpadden, Kattie Prewitt and Sheila Fairchild to enter private property to remove brush/trees and to shape ditches in county easements to improve drainage.
Commissioner Dan DeLozier presented the agreements and cited OKLA. STAT. tit. 69 § 643.1 as authority for allowing private entry for easement maintenance. Each agreement was approved on unanimous roll call after DeLozier moved and Commissioner Steve Hendrix seconded.
