Court receives biennial SART report noting sharp increases in service use

Jeff highlighted steep service increases from one partner, noting that hotline calls were up 223% biennium-over-biennium, call-based services were up 225% and counseling sessions rose dramatically (over 1,000%). He asked the court to submit the required biennial report to the state Sexual Assault Survivors Task Force as required by statute; the court moved, seconded and approved forwarding the report (motion carried 5-0).
