Commission approves Powderhouse Pass PUD amendment and Crow Peak Brewing development plan

At second reading the commission approved Change of Zoning (COZ) #291‑26 for BH Properties, LLC to amend the Powderhouse Pass PUD Master Plan, clarifying commercial usage and open-space language. Planning & Zoning Administrator Amber Vogt presented the staff report and the commission voted to approve the amendment (moved Flanagan, second Comer).
The board also held a public hearing and approved Development Plan #26‑01 for Crow Peak Brewing Company, which will update and add parking, remodel the stage and restaurant, install fencing and site amenities. Applicant representative Mark Schwartz answered questions during the hearing and the commission approved the plan (moved Ewing, second Tysdal).
