Andy Graham, representing Plantation Park campers' association, addressed the authority during public comment to report progress on resolving a service line and excess water issue at the campground.
Separately, in the engineer's report the board was told that flows from Plantation Park are at "44 edu's/YTD." The operator reported overall plant flows of about 92,000 gallons per day and confirmed the plant operated within permit limits. The engineer said current flows for Plantation Park are stable and noted the SR19 South project is not expected to materially change immediate flows for the campground but that nearby development could require upgrades to pumps and the generator.
