Jeffrey Ayers presented Planning's update to the Finance Committee, noting five referrals to the county Planning Board with no countywide impact and recent trainings for board members.
On transportation, Ayers said YTS completed a 5311 audit with New York State without findings and that RGRTA is still negotiating but "it does appear that they've found a location here." Solid Waste staff submitted a plan to the DEC for comment and flagged a Household Hazardous Waste Day resolution being coordinated with Schuyler County.
Planning also reported ongoing grant work (Natural & Recreational Resources, NYS EFC septic replacement, NYS Parks snowmobile grant) and a Village of Dundee request for a FEMA map with parcel overlays; staff stressed the map would be accessible through an internal portal requiring authenticated Village administrators.
