Elaine moved to recommend approval of the policy with the listed amendments (excluding a broader simplification of payment channels); Meredith seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board intentionally left discussion of consolidating payment channels for a future meeting so staff can explore options. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final action as required by county contracting rules.
