Wagoner County approves slate of zoning amendments, refuses one bid and awards another

The board awarded Bid #2026-011 (asphalt overlay and levelling 121st W of 51 Hwy) to the second-lowest bidder, Ross Construction, citing a priority on “established longevity to ensure risk mitigation.” The minutes record the award motion passed with votes recorded as Hanning, aye; Stamps, aye; Kelley, aye.
