Separately, the court voted to end contract negotiations with Transwestern Property Company SW GP, L.L.C. for Project Management/Owner’s Agent services for the remodeling project at 119 Old San Antonio Road. The court then authorized staff to begin contract negotiations with AG/CM, INC., the top-ranked respondent to the RFQ for those services. Both personnel decisions passed on motions recorded in open session; vote tallies were unanimous where recorded.
