Residents request moratorium on development; commissioners refer request to county attorney

Separately, Greg Delagrange provided an update on courthouse construction: the roofing phase is complete, attic insulation is finished, the rectangular windows are installed and materials for arched windows are pending; the courthouse clock is expected to be returned next week. Commissioner Laura Coons thanked construction staff for access to upper levels.
