The official also said, “We began to design the new water plan. It's just in its infancy, but it's moving along well,” and noted that nearly a mile of dirt roads was improved with asphalt millings last month and that three more streets (about another mile) are scheduled in roughly three weeks.
The updates did not include contract-award details or project budgets; staff said they would return with bid timelines and related documents as the design and procurement steps progress.
