Council directs staff to notice call-up on Crystal Palace (300–312 Hyman Ave) after reconsideration vote

Councilor Bill moved to reconsider the prior vote on the Crystal Palace/Hyman Avenue substantial-amendment approval. After discussion—during which several councilors said their primary intent was to give Historic Preservation Committee members an opportunity to participate—the council voted to reconsider and then directed staff to provide formal notice to allow a call-up hearing at the Nov. 12 meeting.
