Board staff seeks modest recurring and one‑time funds for standards review

Representatives asked whether carry‑forward funds and Scantron contract costs (about $50,000 annually for public comment processing) could offset the request; staff said some carry forward exists but the recurring shortfall requires adjustment to maintain in‑person reviews in future cycles.
