The Auditor reported a County General ending cash balance of $1,350,647.85, total expenditures for November of $442,869.73 and total revenue for November of $190,823.26. The council approved additional appropriations including Superior Court psychiatric services ($843), Cumulative Bridge repair ($50,470), and MVH items (Operators/Drivers $20,000; Foreman $13,000; 2-way radios $59,135 listed among MVH requests). Motions to approve these AAs passed (recorded 6–0 for the listed items). Council also approved a detailed set of transfers (e.g., P&Z transfers between Dues & Subscription and Office Supplies; Prosecutor telephone to office supplies) on a motion by Kyle Lechien, seconded by Ryan Goodspeed, 6–0.
